I noticed that they care more about money that the acualy think really hard were to hide it. They hid it in a abandoed mine while there citezens were ding of starvation. They had a lot of stolen goods from other countries, and that was all there money. I find it intreasting that all the money at the end was all stolen money. They were so poor at the end they needed to use money from other countries at the end, and they were so proud of their great country’s self dependence. This was how far they went to protect their money thankfully they didn’t think this creativly when defending there country.

I was surprised when i learned that Hitler was just very crazy at the very end of his life. I have only heard of him being a “great man” I just never heard that he was crazy before. He was seeing units that no one saw. This kind of makes me feel sad for him. That he was so trubled at the end of his life that he started seeing things. That his bunker was so dull , and every one was so used to seeing him. I kind of saw this happening with both his enemys coming at him at two way. He still had a really sad life at the end of his life, and i petty him sort of.

I like this author’s writing so far because it has very historical facts. This book has shown the counter attack after allyed forces took over France ( also North Africa , and Italy but not important in his book) The quite good plan that Hitler and his genreals came up with. The book also incuded other important characters. Then it also has the “fun facts” in the book as well , and they are true. The author leaves out very little fact even if some are weird ( like cocain eye drops) , or important ones ( the srounding of the town of Bastogne). This author put a lot of time and effort into this book , and it shows.

Prompt 46, Page 3-56

The book has many things to learn about Hitler, but one of the most important things in my opinion is his falling health at the end of his reign. He hasn’t been a sickly child, but he has to do some weird thing to stay up. He for example had quite pale skin at the end, and put  cocain eye drops to stay up. This tells me that either Hitler is every determined and will go far to achieve it, or an extremely crazy man. Then this is what Hitler showed he could have been more sick then he let on. That as wells as the fact that he is not his most youthful self. ( 55 years old ) Hitler had every reason to worry to worry about his health, and this may have affected his plans to retake France.
